Tyco is pleased to announce that it has completed the acquisition of Chemguard, Inc., including Chemguard’s subsidiary Williams Fire & Hazard Control, Inc. The businesses will begin working together to integrate the Chemguard business into Tyco’s Fire Protection Products business unit.
