TYCO RELOCATES CHEMGUARD MANUFACTURING TO STATE-OF-THE-ART MANUFACTURING FACILITIES IN MARINETTE, WI AND PORT ARTHUR, TX
WE MOVED! As part of our journey of continuous improvement, Tyco Fire Protection Products has relocated the manufacturing and customer service of our CHEMGUARD products from our Mansfield, Texas, USA site to our state-of-the-art facilities in Marinette, Wisconsin and Port Arthur, Texas. The technical teams supporting the CHEMGUARD brand will stay in the Mansfield area, and your sales contacts for the CHEMGUARD brand will remain the same. Customer Service & Product Details below.
When Tyco acquired the CHEMGUARD brand in 2011, we planned to make use of the joint best practices, industry knowledge, and production synergies that come with integrating two businesses. The Marinette facility employs approximately 750 team members in engineering, manufacturing, technical support, training, customer service and other functions. The R&D portion of the site boasts an indoor fire test center, a 26-acre (10.5-hectare) outdoor fire test field, and world class laboratories for the development of our agents, synthesis, foam, agents and hardware, and equipment.
The Port Arthur facility, which was opened in 2013, boasts more than 70,000 square feet (6,500 square meters) of space dedicated to engineering, technical support, training and manufacturing, as well as a full service test field. The Port Arthur facility will manufacture mobile foam trailers and foam skid packages for the CHEMGUARD brand. Integrating these facilities will increase our speed to market and further improve our ability to develop and manufacture new foam agent and hardware products under the CHEMGUARD brand.

Order Delivery and Will-Call
As previously communicated, orders received on or after March 7, 2016 will be shipped from our Marinette, Wisconsin and Port Arthur locations. Open orders will continue to be fulfilled from our Mansfield, TX facility.
As of April 25th, We will no longer be accepting Will-Call orders in the Mansfield location. After that date, certain foam agents will be available for Will-Call at our Coppell, TX facility at:1150 Enterprise Drive #600 / Coppell, Texas 75019 / USA
Please work with your Sales Representative for more detail on what agents will be available for Will-Call.
