In-Line Balanced Pressure (ILBP) Proportioning Units

CHEMGUARD UL Listed in-line balanced-pressure proportioning (ILBP) systems meter the correct proportion of foam concentrate into the water stream over a wide range of flows and pressures. Designed for applications requiring large quantities of foam concentrate and/or where the proportioners must be installed great distances from the tank, the flexible CHEMGUARD ILBPs can accommodate an almost infinite number of risers, each with a different size proportioner and each offering a wide range of flow.

Suitable for all types of foam concentrates, ILBPs can operate in several locations remote from the foam concentrate pump and atmospheric foam storage tank. Completely self-contained, CHEMGUARD ILBPs include all necessary components – ratio controller, pressure-balancing diaphragm valve, duplex gauge, check valve, and manual ball valve. CHEMGUARD ILBP proportioners are manufactured to 5 standard sizes: 2 ½ inch, 3 inch, 4 inch, 6 inch, and 8 inch. Flow rates range from 100-400 gallons per minute for the smallest to 900-4,200 gallons per minute for the 8 inch, depending on foam.
